Parent Support

The demands of modern life pose a tricky set of challenges for parents today. We offer support in navigating and finding a balance between a fulfilling and caring family dynamic and the hectic nature of career and life challenges. We work with parents to understand their values around parenting that impact their choices and work with parents to help them align their values with their actions.

Couples Psychotherapy

At BAPP, we offer therapy for couples using an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy approach. We work with families of all configurations and we welcome LGBTQ+ couples.

Family Psychotherapy

Our therapists operate from the assumption that even if families aren’t the source of the problem, they are often part of the solution. We welcome LGBTQ+ families, families involved in foster care, adoptive families (domestic and international), as well as adult children and their parents.

Our rates for Psychotherapy and Parenting Support are commensurate with other psychotherapists in the Bay Area with similar training and experience.
